Bob Dylan

I was talking to a fellow teacher today about Bob Dylan songs. He was saying that Bob D.'s songs have many meanings and each person that listens to the songs will interpret them from their perspective.

Well, let me tell you: "The times are a'changing.." means the times are changing, people!

"Come gather round people where ever you roam,
And admit the waters around you have grown
And accept that soon you'll be drenched to the bone...."

This means he has lived in Vancouver...or maybe in the moonsoons, eh? You're probably thinking that this could also mean the Spring thaw or the flooding river is rising ...or the waters could refer to something else other than H2O.

How could this be? Drenched to the bone.......means really wet, doesn't it?

Well, I'm just having fun. I do enjoy a good Bob Dylan song. :-)
